Kai spends the money he was granted freely and quickly. He buys a pretty little delivery wagon for the bakery! Which he paints! (how many days is Caerus gone??) And he'll contribute some money to buy pretty things for the bakery, curtains/jars whatever. He'll paint a sign too! And draw a few advertising posters. In general he tries very annoyingly hard to get other apprentices to join him in these activities. Occasionally, starting one with them, and then running off in the middle of it! Not every time, but enough times to get a bad rep.
At some point in the first few days he'd approach Abrus with an idea to pitch, an excited gleam to his eyes.

Virgil would hole up in his own little corner and study anatomy and apothecary books. Depending on how close people pay attention he seems to vanish during the nights.

Rose would be constantly training for the most part but would venture off now and then to bother Rolland or to go down to the docks. Probably would know that Lask had connections down there. She would help Kai if he needs/asks for it. She would stay away from Virgil and ignore him for the most part or if she was in a mood ask him to spar with her. She wouldn't hold back and might go over the top with trying to beat the crap out of him. She will leave Abrus alone unless she needs something for her burn.
