Kind of a cockney accent. It's pretty thick when he's drunk.

Sober: it's a very charming little smirk. Make dem ladies swoon. Drunk: very lopsided and hilarious looking.

Managing to defend his ship single handed. Even if it cost him his sight and injured his pride.

Hardly any but probably failing at being a good enough mentor and assassin. Which he failed at being a mentor so says Caerus.

He's a drunk. Period. And he, as Caerus says, creeps on his student.
