You notice how lovely everything is lit by fireplace. The blood would reflect it beautifully. Nachoth makes a comment to Sio in Neriisian. Deon moves off to talk to some friends who congratulate him quietly on the party and the interior of his house. |

Presumably poison? What does Deon even look like? He gives the man a glance in the eyes and turns around to leave. "I'll do it." He shifts the cane so you kick that instead of him. |

He shifts the cane so you kick that instead of him. After leaving the room, Kai quickly hides and watches the door to see if the guy leaves and where he goes and who he talks to. Stealth 5 He leaves but you do do not see him if you peek out. There is a rather nice hallway though with paintings and servants with trays going back and forth. |

After leaving the room, Kai quickly hides and watches the door to see if the guy leaves and where he goes and who he talks to. Stealth 5 He leaves but you do do not see him if you peek out. Kai pockets the poison, dagger, and money. He finds the stairs to the party floor, trying to look like he knows what he's doing. |

He'd also pick up a tray if it seemed like no trouble, to fit in and listen to figure out who is Deon. From a few people gossiping you get the impression that Deon owns the estate. Seems to be newer blood, but has an ambitious streak and works hard. You are able to single him out by the few people greeting him. He has light skin, brown hair, and brown eyes that are particularly cold and seem to narrow as he watches people throughout the room. He is young, probably early twenties, and well built for one his age - fairly tall. |

Tray having outlived usefulness, he places it somewhere that it's supposed to go, and approaches Deon directly, keeping eyes carefully off the Beliel kids and Beliel guy in the room. Trying to avoid their notice. He gives a respectful gesture of servant to master. |
