"That's a ridiculous amount. How about five, one each day we have class? I'm a hard worker you know!" "28 is my final offer" "Really? Because you're not really having to do very much work just to get the letter sent with a trustworthy guy. I'll do 13 hours if you can get it on a ship by tomorrow!"

"That's what working for you means, isn't it? Anyway, this," he pulls out the rubbing (which he also put a word about 'doing fine, what's this thing mean, and grandmas address.) "is what I want to send. Any idea what it means?"

"So what are we doing here?" He looks down at the girl. "She looks pretty bad. Did she overdraw on magic? Ary was telling us about that last night."

Overdrawing magic usually doesn't cause fever." he takes out a cool rag and places it on her head then starts brewing some tea with some herbs. "This tea will help her breathing"

"Some yarrow and ginger." "Huh. So what am I supposed to be doing?" He looks at his hands. The doctor laughs "Still can't sit still? Ah well... I'm going to have to teach you a few things before you can really help me." he brings the tea over to the girl and gently wakes her up to sip at it, she coughs the whole time and he makes her spit out the phlegm in a bucket. He takes out some cloth bandages, a green paste, a bottle of clear liquid, and a needle and thread then continues to another boy with a large bandage over his forearm. "You know what all this stuff is for?" he asks.

While the doctor gets stuff out, he probably tries to arrange it in a pattern where it sits by the boy. "The bandages are for bandaging, the needle n thread for sewing up cuts, the goopy stuff's important but I don't know how." He rattles off.
