After traveling about a day and a half from the hilltop your road winds by a small lake in the forest surrounded by oaks and aspens. By the lakeside a old wooden in called the smoke and mirror resides, and further on there is a small pier on the lake housing a pair of fishing boats, and there is a small trading post on the other side of the inn selling provisions and travel supplies. The sun is just peeking down over under the horizon and you probably have barely another hour of daylight left.

"How about we call it a day kids?" He eyes the inn, getting a half smirk.

Virgil looks very unamused at the irony of the inn's name. "As good a place as any. Good place to take stock of what we need to get too, with that trading post over there."

Caerus hops off the horse rather sprightly, cracking and stretching. He helps Kai down afterwards before he begins to stride off towards the inn, calling back over his shoulder to Rose and Viasio.
"Take the horses around to the stables. Saddles off. Groom, feed, and water them. I'll see to rooms."
