"Well if you want to get technical...Physics explains the positioning in the room - how the politicians can stand, how they have enough energy to draw in each breath they utilize to spew their nonsense, and how they twitch their greedy little fingers to sign each false promise and useless treaty. Physics explains everything except the nature of men. No one can account for emotions. Well actually perhaps Poisson can...it probably has to do more with chemicals. Then again, all of those reactions need physics too...shall I go into more detail?"

Lan blinks. "Why didn't you say this in yesterday's class, ma'am? I think I would've kept my trap shut then. This seems to make a lot more sense to me as to why we are learning this." |

"Generally observation helps with things. People often see but hardly take note of the consequences. Politicians blab so much they do not see the red flags and sharks around them. Mages forget that physics affects their work. Just imagine if you mastered physics more - magic could be used to bend the world differently - to affect math, light, and angles! People should simply ask why more."
