"I suppose you're right. I just feel like even if I can manage to get one imperial on my side then perhaps they could help. My father has screwed things over too many times and I believe allies are something we need. I can only pray that my friend is... Is truly my friend. Someone I can rely on and someone I can return the favor to." Lan stares down at his paper, doodling a little (terrible attempt) of a drawing of Ary. |

"Well why worry about the imperials? The imperials dislike everyone - even each other. Get the Rellarians on your side. No point in trying to go elsewhere if your own house is not in accord." She humphs, erasing the chalkboard.

"It's not a secret." She says with a shrug. "Dracmeres are proud, your family is proud, imperials are proud. I never understand it all. My family dislikes your father, but my uncles are interested in your upbringing, Little Prince. You have potential as a student, and hopefully as a leader. No one wants war. Either way, my only job is to help you with physics or anything else you need. Did you have more questions on the homework?"
