+4 athletics the drag them to a hiding spot. You drag them aside. Guards are consolidating around the battlemage now, weapons drawn. At least we know where they are. (So how many blocks away is that battlemage?) Walking down a different street.

Different street I imagine (GM may correct me) and closer to the area Tychon, Caerus, and Kaia broke off towards. You all have effectively slaughtered half the guards in your area.

Nightblades seem to be missing an action (so you can assume they are probably all right or at the very least well hidden).

Kaia will hold out her arm to Tychon so they can look like a couple or maybe a father and daughter headed home. Also allowing him to leaned on her if necessary. +5 empathy to talk her way past guards.

Also allowing him to leaned on her if necessary. +5 empathy to talk her way past guards. Tychon does a fine job of pretending to be drunk. He stumbles and acts all around obnoxious. The guards stare you down for a moment, two begin approaching.

Change of scene:
You all manage to arrive at the docks through separate pathways. They are huge Larger than many many city blocks with ships ranging from a huge Imperial Man o' War, to small fishing freighters, to a small skiff sitting at the far end, and everything in between. The docks are swarming with guards and battle mages, hundreds of them in fact, all keeping the ships under a strict lockdown and searching for someone, or some group. Behind you you all can hear shouts and commotion. It seems the guards have found their slain companions.
Scene Aspects: Dark Night, Being Hunted, Lockdown, Slippery Wooden planks.
Fate Points Orthos: 1 Balaban: 1 Laskaris: 1 Galyn: 1 Kaia: 1

He wanted that ship, but wouldn't risk it with all these damned guards around.

Caerus steps up behind Laskaris almost out of nowhere. "We could pay off the merchants or commandeer one if we wished. The Empress or the Golden Dusk."

"Which one?" He asks, still eyeing the big beauty. "There's two schooners further down that may suffice." Caerus steps up behind Laskaris almost out of nowhere. "We could pay off the merchants or commandeer one if we wished. The Empress or the Golden Dusk." His shoulder rise in surprise, but not much else. Though his heart was racing at the sudden scare and like hell he would admit that. "Most merchants are easy to pay off."
