(Surely there are sticks around the rim of the clearing? You manage to find some try sticks and some old logs, there is even a fallen over tree nearby but most of the wood is half rotted out with lichen and mushrooms growing all over it. Rose you also notice the silence. You, Sio, and Kai also notice a strange stench in the air. Something very metalic like blood, but also sort of bitter like one of Abrus' chemicals. "Abrus, are you mixing something up?" |

Theros if looking up you spot a figure perched atop a branch, some sort of animal as it has a long tail and claws, but it seems to have no flesh, just masses of muscle. You beleive it's watching you even though you can't see any eyes.

Notice 7 "Large predatory cats tend to go for the smallest or weakest of herd mammels. Many large herd animals in order to defend the youngest will surround the young in a circle with the elders facing outwards towards danger." He says, though to the others or himself hes not sure. |

Notice 7 You spot something or someone else lurking at the edge of the grove. Before you can reconveine the thing leaps out of the tree and pounces on Abrus. It's claws dig into your shoulder and something stabbs into your chest, and it's jaws snap an inch away from your face before the thing is tackled by Nanaris. |
