Ok. I back off slowly in the direction of Abrus' voice, and keep an eye on it. Notice 7 You spot something or someone else lurking at the edge of the grove. Before you can reconveine the thing leaps out of the tree and pounces on Abrus. It's claws dig into your shoulder and something stabbs into your chest, and it's jaws snap an inch away from your face before the thing is tackled by Nanaris. (Goddamnit im so weak and small XC His hand immediately clutches his chest, feeling for damage. A pair of puncture wounds luckily they hit your rib cage and stopped |

The two go sprawling away Nanaris stabbing at it with his dagger, and the thing clawing wildly, it manages to chomp down on Nan's shoulder.

You see as well the thing has a second set of arms beneath it's first, but these are more like those of a praying mantis and are ended in sharp bones it's using to stab Nan with. Nan is prying it's teeth away from himself with the dagger then he bites the thing back going for it's throat.

Kai turns and runs to Abrus to help Nan get the beast. (same weaponry roll?) Kai you charge at it getting close but the thing swings it's tail at you like a club and bats you aside. |

(I slept in. Crap.) Virgil at the beginning of the fight started working on a fire spell that wouldn't catch the others in it. Having just finished the gathering he launches a small fireball as fast as he can get it to move at the creatures chest

(weaponry 4) Kai you slash the creature across its chest but is seems not to care and rakes your side with its claws. Aspect: shredded ribs. Before the creature can pounce on you though a fire blast hits it on the chest and throws it back a foot or so. It wasnt as powerful as you think it should virgil |
