Unless Abrus objects, Kai will cheerfully initiate conversation with any prospective sellers who's real estate says it's for sale, saying he's got either a master or parent looking for a new spot and wondering what the amenities are, the price, and the seller's name and reputation. |

Ok confirmed it was in fact still standing at least. The building looks like an oversized apothecary from the outside. Been abandoned for just over a year now and definitely looks it. |
