Waves back at fletcher, and wanders over to get some food then goes and sits a bit away from the group so he can see most of the room easily.

"Laws are a craft." He says, confused. "It takes art and finesse and years of practice to forge them. The same as your weapons and swords. I've built models before - does that count?" He shakes his head. "When I started my apprenticeship, my master told me not to pick up things that were too heavy, or to try and make things that were big or dangerous without knowing how. He told me that if you try to do something you're not ready to do yet, you'll hurt yourself or someone else. I was just wondering. It seems like ruling is a pretty hard thing to do. How do you know you can if you can't even pull a cart?" "Pulling a cart and ruling are two different things. Why have me waste time and resources learning something I will never have to do? You don't force an ox to guard sheep anymore than a dog to pull a cart." He seems to be considering it thoughtfully. "I know I will be ready to rule because I am being prepared for it by those who have more experience and know my limits. It will not be too heavy when the time is right. It is my birthright and my responsibility - much as being a smith is yours."

She looks around the room for anything that would be a good target. 1 perception "Here! I'll put a mark in chocolate on the wall! You can aim for that!" Theros runs across the room to a wall and marks it with chocolate in an x, one foot tall, but about his shoulder height off the ground. "Great I idea!" She gets up, takes a deep breath and exhales and she throws the knife. Throwing 1

Anyone who has power rules, whether it's right or not!" He walks back to Burn as he speaks. He dodges to the side as Burn's dagger goes past. (reflexes: 3) He turns around to see if it hit.

If I make a bad spoon, it's rough, or uneven, or it snaps at the handle. How do you know if you make a bad law?"

There does seem to be a large chip in the very bottom of one of the murals "Wow, you chipped the mural here! Wonder what this wall is made of. Not wood, I guess." He glares at Ary, "Of course not! People make choices and then they become what their choices made them. Or something like that."

"When people like us suffer."

The door slowly creeks open and Leah steps in. Her face lights up when she sees the food and immediately shuffles over to get some. Her hair is all matted now and you can see sweat running down her brow, but she looks a bit pleased.
