In a fast movement he slams the young priest's head against the desk, holding him there against the contract. "I will be approving this list - and if the names do not coincide with what I learn about the individual then we will not include them on the contract. Do I make myself clear? Or do I need to use persuasive means that seem more in tune with your church's language?" He presses the tip of his dagger against the priest's throat, twirling it ever so slightly so that it draws blood. The younger screams and struggles, growling at you caerus. "Now. There's no need for that...." he backs away a few steps "I'm sure we can come to a reasonable agreement." Rose grows tense at hearing the man scream. She bites her lower lip hard.

His head half tilts to the side as he glances at the old man, expression neutral. "I think you are under the misapprehension that our organisation is some common mercenary group that will bend to your every whim. I think my requests were more than reasonable and that I have been rather civil about this entire arrangement given the circumstances you have laid forth and the disrespect you have demonstrated both towards my students and myself. Now I would highly recommend that you lift that quill and set about revising this contract to reflect the newfound respect you will be showing to the Nightblades henceforward."

I found it honourable that I approached these issues with you directly despite your manipulation and reprehensible request that we effectively eliminate an entire family that remained undefined in a contract signed under duress. Do you want to continue a discussion on morals and honour or fix the problem at hand eh?"

"You take our money, show no progress to completing the contract, the opposite in fact, then you come her assult and threaten my compatriot, and try and force us to rewrite the contract that has already been signed on two separate occasions. We even offered to make some accommodations to make the contract more acceptable to you. You're more of a danger to our organization than the targets we give you. You're less than mercenaries, you're no better than highway robbers. Now please leave."

"I am all for the accommodations and discussing the names involved in the family, but recognise that we cannot eliminate someone simply because of their heritage. And since I've arrived you've taken the closest step towards completing this contract since the idea popped into your little heads." He half shoves the guy before resheathing the dagger and stepping away, looking bored again. "Please leave? If that is the command so be it. Is the contract terminated? We shall refund your precious coin then. However to be blunt I believe you need us most desperately and it would be in everyone's best interest to reconsider a more diplomatic approach" His tone grows dark then. "That said make no mistake - I am not the children you have bullied nor am I their mentors. Don't waste my time."

Currently we've seen nothing to indicate you can live up to the nightblades reputation."

He raises an eyebrow "I'm not requesting anything right now, but I think it's fair to say our confidence in your groups abilities is not very high."

He raises an eyebrow "I'm not requesting anything right now, but I think it's fair to say our confidence in your groups abilities is not very high." "Which is completely understandable given the circumstances." He bows his head slightly, before leaning against the desk again. He pulls his sleeve down and wipes the guy's blood off the desk tenderly. "More on point though - what now? What do you require? I have told you what amendments I would like to see and will be more than willing to sit down and discuss it more civilly. Do you require a demonstration? Some restoration of faith?"

I am for hire for all minor or major tasks depending on the target."

We may write up a quick contract if you would like but we would like you to eliminate a Drakarian ambassador in the city by the name of Linos, we will compenaste you fairly of course. In the meantime we may work on the list of names for you. It will take some time to compile all our information."

"Trafficking slaves from the empire, if you don't consider that a crime then we could add on murder."
